Context: Songkran is a water fight festival in Thailand. It is a custom to smear white clay on people's face for good luck and auspicious things. However, nowadays people will just put these white clays on anyone(or anything) cute and pretty.In this image, all the clay is smeared on her big tummy, and none on her face.
