Changed how ambience tracks play, if the track has not changed it will no longer reset the playing clip.
Adjusted the settings menu to accommodate the Time Format option.
Changed how often a certain Fox visits the Heat Relief Booth, she should appear more reliably.
Changed when the TGI Testing Program begins, the player must now progress to Act 2, AND clear Bridgette's Phase 1 Story before this can begin.
