There are limitless stars in the sky, but every being on Earth is inextricably connected to one we call The Sun. We all orbit the sun together every day. And it is always there, every day, shining brightly behind the skies.
In the higher tiers, I’ll demonstrate a breathing technique where we use The Sun as guidance for integrating shame when it starts to overwhelm us and pull us off course. I’ll do it soft for the Bros, hard for the Pros, and with gentle strokes for the Warriors.
