Oh hi!
It's been a minute. December was a busy month with traveling and the holidays, but it's a new year now, and I'm back with another one of these progress updates.
I had a great response on the animation industry video, by the way! Lots of great comments. But now, I'm well into production with the next video, and I've made significant progress on it.
The title is "Software Doesn't Matter". And here's what it's about!
I've received handfuls of comments asking what software I use to make my videos, or recommendations for animation/art software for beginners. And that's natural, that's a question you'll see under any animated video ever lol..
So not only will I be answering this question in my video, but I'll be making the case that software is just a tool and carries little to no weight in the creation of good art and animation.
I hope viewers will find it informative, but also inspiring. I think many artist's hold back because they feel they don't have the "right" software. But there is no "right" software! Use whatever works best for you.
I'd say I'm about 25-30% done with the video. I'm hoping to post it here on Patreon in early February.
I'll update you again soon, with even more details! Perhaps, a clip next time?
