Follow the instructions on the page, it will ask you to sign in to your Shopify account. If you don't have one it will create a new one for you.
Bonus: if you use the same email for Patreon / Dan and Phil Shop - we’ve probably already connected you! If not, you will be asked to take an extra step to connect your Patreon account. If there’s lots of people trying to connect then this might be slow, so just wait a bit while it connects you in the background, rather than refreshing.
You’ll know you're connected when you see your shiny Pham tier badge! It should look like this:
