Perona is a Goth Lolita officer of the Thriller Bark Pirates, wielding the power of Negative Hollows that drain people's will. Often childish and easily annoyed, she has a deep love for cute things and dreams of turning all cute animals into zombies. Despite her mischievous nature, she ultimately flees Thriller Bark and ends up under the care of Bartholomew Kuma, eventually residing with Mihawk.
