DESCRIPTION
Installation: there is no plugin, just facegen and it does not require a new save. Install/load it right after PAN NPCs and let it overwrite if asked.
Next NPC: none for now, I have enough NPCs to release on nexus which will happen in ~2 weeks or so, when I have made the installer and all the other stuff for the mod page.
