Installation: there is no plugin, just facegen and it does not require a new save. Install/load it right after PAN NPCs and let it overwrite if asked.
Next NPC: Probably one of the following; Hermir Strong-Heart, Svana Far-Shield, Seren or Kerah. Let me know if you have a preference!
