Honored Patrons,
Due to the unfortunate scheming of the Heavens (health issues), this humble cultivator has been struck with a sudden tribulation.
What was once a distant heavenly punishment scheduled for next month (my planned surgery) has, through the Heavens’ boundless malice and impatience (unexpected rescheduling), been brought forward to today. It seems the Heavenly Dao could not wait any longer to test my resolve.
Thus, I will be undergoing a tribulation of the flesh (known among mortals as “surgery”) to prove to the Heavens that I am, in fact, built different.
For approximately three weeks, assuming this tribulation is successfully overcome and this one does not perish on the operating table, I will be unable to sit for long periods of time or continue my sacred duty of delivering chapters. As such, there will be no updates for either story during this recovery period.
If the tribulation is conquered and my cultivation remains intact, I shall return to my rightful place and resume the usual schedule.
This one thanks you all for your patience, loyalty, and faith during this trying time. Your support strengthens my Dao Heart and shields me from the wrath of the Heavens.
