New Microphone Tests~ ♡

DESCRIPTION

Finally got around to putting some visuals and notes with my mic tests! Sorry for the delay! I was having too much fun getting these all set up~! ^v^

Just some pretty simple vocal tests so you can really HEAR the difference between these mics~ After much back and forth, rather than switching to one mic for everything, i think it's far more likely that i'll use whichever fone fits my current needs... ^^ It's exciting to think i'll have lots of options now! I hope you'll look forward to these mics being put to use!

Here's the exact models i'm using in order: - Audio Technica AT2020 USB-X Cardioid Condenser USB Microphone (this is the mic i've been using the past 3-ish years and should feel most familiar to your ears~) - Blue Yeti USB Microphone (first of the new microphones!) Feels waaaay more sensitive to my audio technica mic - this can be both a good thing and a bad thing depending on the situation, and i plan to use it according to my audio's needs~ ^^- Rode NT1 Signature Series Large-Diaphragm Condenser Mic (second new mic!) This mic is the only one out of these three that runs through a separate sound interface. Technically this setup is supposed to give me more auditory data, but this feels very fancy to me...i'm having lot's of fun figuring out how to use this one! ^^

As i said, feel free to let me know your thoughts on each mic - they're short tests, but there's only so much i can portray with raw audio alone~ ^^ Feel free to let me know what you think! (There's no wrong answer, they're all good mics, and i will continue to use all of them! >v<)
