I’ve been thinking a lot about this, and I want to be honest.
I might stop making Kissfox content.
Since I started, I haven’t really felt much support, and the truth is—it’s extremely time-consuming. I have another job, and after a long day, I still come back to animate for Kissfox. It takes a lot of energy, passion, and time.
So far, it’s been hard to grow a real community around this project. I know there are many creators out there, and I respect the grind, but I also need to be realistic about where I put my effort.
Right now, I feel more drawn to new creative directions, especially gender-bender animations and expansion-based animations—stories about transformation, growth, identity, power, and change. Ideas that allow me to expand creatively and build something with stronger long-term potential.
If from now until January there’s still no real support or engagement, I’ll pull the plug on Kissfox and delete all the accounts I’ve created for it.
This isn’t meant to guilt anyone—just sharing where I’m at mentally and creatively.
