Rough sketch of the suggestion: Hyper-preg Panna stuck in the elevator. She's badly exceeded the weight limit and has filled all available space with her tum squished hard against the walls (Patreon)
I hope you liked how this one turned out, personally not into hyper but hope you like. I'm happy with how the colors and shading turned out, also drawing Doggette getting squished with funny expressions.
Context is up to you to imagine. Panna won't be canonically big as this, only in suggestion sketches.
