I have started to looking for a new editor, this current one has unfortunately been a huge disappointment and highly unresponsive. I have shortlist around 30+ editors. So with in a week I'll have them trained for this work. I am honestly annoyed with how many times I have to state my editor being late. So I will be hiring 2 editors this time.
