A very overdue update! Huge apologies first and foremost, thank you very much for your patience.
TLDR things are back on track, new ETA is January.
The shipping situation within Mexico hasn't changed, I am still unable to send anything to the USA, I was hoping that the tariff situation would get resolved before the year ended but clearly we are here for the long run. Orders/rewards have been piling up on my end and it also just has halted the production of future stuff.
The new plan is to handle everything in Japan, from production to shipping. Yumi lives there and thankfully there are no restrictions over there, so she will be helping me take care of everything from now on.
Sticker Club sheets from June to August, alongside the Taifau Cafe comic have been shipped her way and estimated to arrive in about 2-3 weeks. Given that its the holidays there may be some delays, but if everything goes ideally as planned the missing rewards from September, November and December will be shipping alongside your books.
Shop orders from a sale made during summer have also been shipped. This includes plushies, shirts, tote bags, charms and stickers. The ETA for those is likewise the same, I will let you guys as soon as they land in Japan and when shipping starts alongside your respective tracking numbers.
As for preorders for stickers, desk mats and the extremely overdue Holic bundle, I need to go a bit more in depth for those for the sake of full transparency:
As you may remember, these two were already printed but due to custom regulations they were disposed and I was never able to receive them. Another reason why production is moving to Japan, no headaches or last minute disasters like this...
Given that of course, the money invested into production went to waste, that put a hinderance on printing them again! The budget for it was gone.You guys have no fault on this, so it is beyond unfair to make you pay extra to receive them, so that was a cost I had to recover on my own, (hence why the YCH commissions and other stuff that I have brought up) at the unfortunate price of taking longer with this.
In regards to delays, while looking for a local printer, I was unable to find anything that matched the same size dimensions from the manufacturer I had originally gone with, so I have also been adding new segments to the drawing alongside some touch ups here and there. While it's annoying that it pushes things further, I think it actually gave the picture some much needed breathing room. Here's the current status of it:
On the bright side you are getting a slightly bigger mat, yay! I hope it makes the wait somewhat more worth it....
The Krea mousepad was ordered with the desk mat, so it got thrown away as well. I have been looking for local options as well but haven't had luck finding affordable options. I wanted to see if I could make the boobs bigger lol.
Just to be super safe, I talked to the manufacturer I work with, and they thankfully confirmed to me that there should be no issues with customs if they are sent to Japan. This one is mostly a matter of just sending it to print and waiting to receive it again. I have been doing some minor touch ups to it, but nothing big like the desk mat, mostly her face (again).
The tapestries I'm looking for a way to get it to you as well, no comment yet but I haven't forgotten those still haven't been delivered, either.
And finally the sticker pre orders! The plan is to ship them when the books are ready to be sent, so not much of a wait for those. Some will have holographic or glittery elements to them, something I couldn't find a way to do over here in Mexico, so hopefully they are a bit of an extra apology for the wait.
