I'm excited to announce a brand new plugin I've been working on: Multi-Comp - a universal compressor that brings 8 classic compression styles into one versatile plugin!
The Vision
Instead of switching between multiple compressor plugins, Multi-Comp gives you access to a range of compression characters - from vintage warmth to modern transparency - all in one place. Each mode is carefully modeled to capture the essence of the original hardware.
8 Compression Modes
Vintage Opto - Smooth, program-dependent optical compression inspired by the LA-2A.
Vintage FET - Aggressive, punchy FET compression with that classic 1176 character.
Classic VCA - Fast, precise VCA compression in the style of the 160. Excellent for transient control. Love this on snare drum.
Bus Compressor - The glue! G-Bus style compression for mix bus and drum bus duties.
Studio FET - A cleaner, more refined FET sound for when you want the speed without as much color.
Studio VCA - Modern, versatile "Red" VCA compression with transparent operation.
Digital - Pristine, transparent compression when you need precision without character.
4-Band Multiband (Work in Progress) - Full multiband compression with per-band threshold, ratio, attack, release, and makeup controls. Solo each band to dial in your sound. As you can see, the UI still needs some work.

Current Status
The plugin is fully functional and passes pluginval at strictness level 10 - ensuring stability across all major Linux DAWs. I'm currently doing final testing and polishing the UI.
