Hey everyone!
Just a quick update. I purchased the domain for duskaudio.com last week and finalized wiring it up to my Github page. This looks a lot better than what I was previously doing and you can grab everything in one place now.
I am working on the following bugs now, mainly trying to get Dusk Verb further tuned for a new release. that has been a month in the making:
Dusk Studio is coming along nicely. Since last week, I have added the following:
Multiple outputs and they are assignable on the AUX channels if you want to do headphones mixes, etc.
Tempo markers and allow multiple tempos
Improved Windows installer
Lower CPU usage
Save previous audio device so you are not prompted every time (Windows ASIO issue) Thanks to aloomens for pointing this out.
Created an arm64 version for rasberry PI. I would love to have a little dedicated area with just this running on a PI and no distractions.
Added presets to the multiband compressor on MASTERING mode that match the DP-24's settings
I froze the code this morning and am bug testing now. I still need to test external hardware inserts and do full regression testing. Shooting for a release Friday if I do not run into any issues, but I don't want to rush it.
If all goes well, I plan to record a demo song a post it up here after the next release. I think I will do a singer/songwriter thing with acoustic guitars, vocals, and snare brushes (either live or soundfonts).
That's it for now, stay tuned for more. Has anyone recorded anything with it yet? I would love to hear what you guys are working on.
Take care!
Marc
