Well, this picture is used in one Stellaris mod which I participated in some parts, for example, two pairs of paragons and their hiring events. Since I haven't had any ideas for writing story text lately, I've come to make some event pictures like this. 🙂
Since I am not the owner of this mod and there is no English translation of texts, I could not introduce this to you for now 🥲. If enough people are interested, I can probably discuss the possibility of translating the text with other authors.
