To start the quest chain, you'll need to submit a semen sample to Rina and inquire about the progress of her research.
I recommend starting a new game, as I haven't tested the compatibility with old saves. Just use the skip function to get through the early parts quickly.

I also kindly ask you not to leak this version for at least a week after the release. You have the advantage of early access, so make the most of it.
