π Cherry Focus 2.0 is here plan to the minute, drag to reschedule
Big update, and it's all about making your day-planning fast and flexible. Here's everything new since 1.0:
β±οΈ Minute-accurate timeline
The Day Planner used to snap everything to the hour. No more β tasks now sit at their exact minute (2:47 means 2:47), with faint half-hour guide lines and a live "now" line so you can see where you are in the day at a glance.
β Drag to reschedule
Grab any task on the timeline and drag it to a new time. A little tooltip follows your cursor showing the live time, snapping to neat 5-minute marks. Drop it, and the change shows up everywhere β your task list, Today view, all of it β instantly.
π Task durations (with drag-to-resize)
A task is no longer just a dot in time β it has a length. Pick from 10 min all the way up to 4 hours, or choose Customβ¦ and type any number of minutes. Blocks on the timeline now actually span their duration, so a 2-hour deep-work block looks like a 2-hour commitment. You can even drag the bottom edge of a block to resize it on the fly.
π 12 / 24-hour clock
Hate military time? Same. There's now a clock toggle in Settings β 12-hour (with AM/PM) by default, or 24-hour if that's your thing. It applies everywhere times appear.
β¨οΈ Rebindable global hotkey
The quick-capture Brain Dump hotkey is now fully yours: change it to any combo you like with a live key-recorder, or switch it off entirely if it clashes with another app.
π Polish & fixes
Squashed a bug where an empty "Edit task" dialog could get stuck on screen.
Closed an XP exploit (no more spamming "Done" for free points π).
Lots of little smoothing throughout.
