Watcher WIP 27, Moaning + Loop colored! All animated scenes finally finished!!!

At last!!! I didnt think I'd be able to finish this ENTIRE animation holy crap!!!

Now all that's left are the static cutscenes before and after, the remaining OC's to scugify. And officially concludes this project!
