DESCRIPTION
First day in Tokyo was a success! Such a gorgeous city (and honestly it kind of reminds me of Chicago in some ways), with INCREDIBLE food, most of which I can actually eat!!! First up a couple city pics, then food at the Tsukiji market: shrimp tempura, fresh grilled king crab, Japanese sweet potato chips tuna and salmon sushi, and a wagyu skewer. Then some more city pics and our trip to the Hanarikyu Gardens, then an absolutely incredible dinner: soy salmon rice bowl, tuna+snow crab+salmon rice bowl (my meal), spicy tuna roll and bluefin tuna sushi, udon noodles, and vegetable tempura. 10/10s across the board.
