So, I’ve set up the Discord server as promised! I’ll be honest, folks: I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to this kind of thing. I followed Google step by step and still felt like I was navigating alien software.
This is also my first time using Discord (apparently I had an account from years ago with zero activity… what kind of magic is that?), so please bear with me while I figure things out. There may be some fumbles along the way.
That said, feel free to point out anything I’m doing wrong or could improve. Most guides assume at least some familiarity, and I didn’t even know what roles and permissions were until today. There might be a few bumps at first, but we’ll get into a better groove soon.
In the meantime, jump in - ask questions, chat with each other, and explore. If you’d like a role or specific permissions, just ping me. I’m happy to assign mods or admins if anyone wants to take that on.

And the steps to link discord and Patreon to get auto access:
Steps for Patrons (Linking Account)
Open Settings: Log in to Patreon and click Settings (gear icon) in the left-hand menu.
Go to Apps: Click on More in the top navigation, then select Connected Apps.
Connect Discord: Click the Connect button next to the Discord option.
Authorize: Enter your Discord credentials in the pop-up and authorize the connection.
Join Server: After connecting, visit the creator’s page or your own app settings to "Join server" and get your roles.
