Dear patrons, you might've noticed that I've been lacking the usual posting schedule lately, and that's quite noticeable.
I've recently started facing some VERY annoying and stressing situation, bank related. I don't plan on explaining every detail, but long story short: I'm currently unable to withdraw my funds from Patreon, for a bit longer than a month now. And well... Bills and rent are approaching, which is why I'm resorting to doing some commissions on the side to be safe.
It's being as distressing as you may imagine, and I've been doing nothing but trying to solve this as quickly as possible for the past few weeks.
I've been in contact with Patreon support, and they're doing everything they can, they're being very helpful overall, and the fault doesn't relies on them.
The good news is: after directly talking to a manager from a new bank, I've got some assurances that the situation WILL be solved, so the worst case scenario is out the picture, gladly. Not so good news tho: It might take a bit more. If I'm VERY lucky, it can over this week, if I'm lucky enough, it'll be over by Monday or Tuesday. If I'm not lucky at all, it should take me until the very NEXT week, but no longer than that.
Due to this whole situation, I can't really post a lot in here(mostly because increasing my current balance/getting TOO MANY new patrons) would possibly make the situation a bit worse, yep, it's that weird. Which is why I'm not posting anything by now.
Please, do trust me. It's being PURE anguish to go weeks without giving you guys more content, having time to work while the Arlecchino comic goes out should be the BEST moment to work DOUBLE to give all of you MOUNTAINS of content, but this situation came out of nowhere, and it's being a nightmare. Especially seeing a bunch of patrons unsubscribing🥀, which is fair considering the lack of content for the past weeks.
Howeeeever... Since I've recently got the news that the issue WILL be solved, even if it takes some extra time, I can somewhat safely start working again! Which means... Whenever all of this is over, I'll have a LOT in store to give all of you! Because I really hate just sitting on my butt doing nothing all day, and being able to work on comics and content for all of you again is GREAT!
