An update to Dynamic Vehicle First Person Camera, with an additional gamepad camera control mode as requested by a user.
It adds looking modes for the gamepad:
Classic, like how GTA itself worked, where the joystick moves the camera.
Directional, like how NFS games work, where camera yaw is the direction of the joystick.
Finally, the camera looking options have been moved to work for all configs and cameras, so the existing looking adjustments are not used anymore. Looking settings should be all uniform now.
