Now that 2D Mesh animations are in the game, I've decided I don't like them. So instead of making paperdoll animations that will support every combination of hair/clothing/accessory, I'm going to limit the outfit customization and render individual animations for each supported outfit. This will have 3 effects:
When changing Jill's wardrobe, you will now select from a handful of premade outfits instead of choosing each individual item
You will be able to add your own premade outfits to the game or download outfits made by other community members using the forthcoming modding toolkit
Users will be able to create 'body' and 'face' mod packs that replace base assets and then build outfits on top of those (i.e. goth makeup, bigger boobs)
There some talented people in the fanbase right now who are making amazing art, and I want to give them the power contribute to the game as soon as possible. (Here are some samples from the discord):
This has also inspired me to add a 'Photo Gallery' feature to the game, where you can unlock pinup-style images of the girls by taking pictures of them at different times or by completing achievements (i.e. take a picture of Jill bent over while doing the dishes, or earn images of her as Lady Marguerite by doing the obedience stage 2 event).
So with that in mind, here are the things that will be included in 0.3.2:
Support for user-created outfits, and a place to share them on Discord
Reworked outfitter menu and new (hopefully better) doggystyle animations
Jill Dates (definitely Boardwalk and Karaoke, maybe Izakaya [pub])
Photo Gallery along with a batch of unlockable photos
Also a new feature to-be-determined by a poll of Plus and Super subscribers.
0.3.2 Alpha will release for Super and Plus on Thursday, 6/18
0.3.2 Beta releases for Subscribers on Tuesday, 6/23
0.3.2 Public releases on Friday 6/26
The "Additional Feature" poll will begin tomorrow June 3rd and run until Wednesday June 10th (Options to be announced tomorrow)
I think I will open the Discord to the public immediately after the 'outfits' modkit becomes available. As always, thank you for sticking with me. Your support gives me the confidence to keep going, even when 'keep going' isn't implemented yet ;)
