I also finally wrote a modding guide to go along with the look_builder.html utility! (it comes packaged with the PC version of the game under mods/looks)
Making custom clothes is complicated, but hopefully you will find everything you need in the guide
I've added a mod discussion channel to the Discord so everyone can help each other out!
