Diana and Harlan are introduced!
Diana is jack's fiance, and has known the two brothers almost all of Max's life. She's a trans woman, works as an EMT, and adores Max as her own.
Harlan is Max's legal guardian, uncle, and world-renowned scientist. Although, he's not around much and Jack and Diana did more to raise max than he did. He's the brother of Max's mother. he's awkward, gay, and unfortunately attractive.
Not much is known about Max's father. So to Max, Jack and Harlan have always held the role of father figure in his life.
