Added Quest, Spell Book, Inventory system

Added 3 npc with Quests and rewards

You can place consumable items on ActionBar

Can now move ActionBar slots around

Can remove slots by dragging off the bar

Can drop remove items by dragging off inventory

Added red messages on top that tells why Action failed to use

Small visual tweaks to tutorial and level 1

Small tweaks:

Jump now cancels any cast

Now can't interact during jump

Self applied Action won't target self anymore

Damage indicator animation fixed, specifically for negative value

Hover over ActionBarSlotUi creates tooltip with slot info

ActionBar slots, Spellbook slots and invetroy are now saved when changing levels

Reworked Portal Interactables destination value

QuestMark added to Interactables for quest status visual display
