I am SO stoked to announce that Broken Harbours is now back in the v2.0 version. Expanded, reworked, supplemented, better and beefier. To the original scenes, we've added:
an entirely new act between the two former halves of the VN, turning it into three-act story,
a few extra scenes and rewrites here and there, making the whole VN read and flow better,
one more illustration by Dangpa,
UI by Bartor,
several new tracks by Keo,
voice acting for the sex scene by Kodii,
the newer, current sprites by Haku,
a completely new ending!
And what is Broken Harbours, if you don't know yet? Broken Harbours is a linear visual novel exploring queer themes and unlikely friendships. It's a story about kinship and its limits, new beginnings and old wounds. It follows our two characters - Rune and Devon - through the beginnings of their friendship and into uncharted territories where their mutual fascination leads them.
The VN has about 23k words and is a 2-3 hour read. It's NSFW (although equipped with an SFW mode) and not suitable for minors.
Right now, we're releasing it in the v2.0 version on Patreon, and on Itch and Patreon for people who purchased it previously (currently Itch doesn't allow for payments for NSFW games). A Steam release is coming later, likely in April! For the final v2.1 version of the VN that we plan to release on Steam and everywhere else simultaneously, we're waiting for one last illustration and the Chinese translation that's currently missing.

I hope you enjoy this new expanded and release of my side project. It's been fun to write, a hell to assemble together, and returning to it wasn't easy, but I felt that the story deserved to be told in more detail and that the writing needed an upgrade.
