Frustrated at his poor relationship with his Pokémon and his abilities as a trainer, Oliver is further annoyed to hear himself called 'wet behind the ears' and 'a better Pokémon than trainer. Yet, it seems his Vaproeon partner takes this to heart and not only makes him a Vaproeon to match, but his perfect mate!
