DESCRIPTION

Taekwondo, which translates to “the art of kicking and punching”, is a martial art with roots dating back to the Three Kingdoms Period of Ancient Korea (c. 57 BC to 668 AD) when Silla Dynasty warriors began to develop a martial art known as taekkyon ("foot-hand"). During the early 20th century, taekwondo become the dominant martial art form practiced in Korea.

So, I've always loved the Olympic Games.

And I've always wanted to do this! What do certain characters look like when wearing their sport's athletic attire, and where else to try that than fighting games! Where they're officially representing certain martial arts!

I wanted to keep it simple and pose the characters in uniform in front of their sport's pictogram.
