On Saturday, February 6th, 2021, 911 dispatch in New Haven, CT received multiple reports of shots fired not far from Yale University's main campus. Authorities arrived on scene to find 26-year-old graduate student, Kevin Jiang, deceased after suffering multiple gunshots from point blank range. Virtually every witness on scene reported seeing the shooter flee in a dark colored SUV.
