On September 26th, 2022, a 911 call alerted the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Florida to a violent assault. The caller, 21-year-old Fatiha Marzan, confessed to stabbing her 20-year-old sister, Sayma Marzan, to death. After arresting Fatiha and questioning her, police uncovered a chilling story of online romance, sibling rivalry, and premeditated murder.
