DESCRIPTION
Lugia is typically found in deep-sea trenches, so this overconfident trainer must've been incredibly unlucky to run afoul of it... Unless the trainer is a strange little pervert, in which case maybe she's actually VERY lucky? We'll be sure to ask, as soon as Lugia stops wearing her like an accessory.
