This fish faced fuck head is called the Salmon Suit Narrator, who's also Louie's dad in the story. His actual name is Ripley Pond in canon although I don't think you ever get to hear his name at all lol. He functions like Harry Armis (Michael Anderson) from Plumbers Don't Wear Ties. He doesn't only judge you for your actions, he also gets to do some action himself with Fjorda Keez! (The brown girl) More on her for another time.
