Okay! I already got my national archives request put together for this project and a technician there has approved it. The reels are a bit shorter so I’m optimistic on the price. However, lots of “P” items. This is both good and bad. For your purposes, it means likely footage very few have seen if any in the digital age. Exciting!
Now it’s off to Colorlab to get a price quote. I will share that with you and we can establish a firm funding target for this project. Writing will begin very soon, and I hope to have this video out in the June/July timeframe.
