I have a bit of a negative post because I really think I need to be honest with you: my channel is dying. Since January the views on almost all of my videos have been terrible. The "worst YouTubers" video did ok for the first week and a half or so, but that eventually disappeared from the algorithm. The poor performance of the videos is why I've been putting so many out. If I didn't, I'd make basically no money.
And I'll be honest with you: I don't think ANY of the videos I've put out this year are good. Due to the state of the channel, it's become "quantity over quality" and this has has resulted in lazy videos that I just don't think are good enough. Plus it's really taking a toll on me because I'm having to write, record and edit these videos in such a short amount of time.
I don't know how much longer I can do this, especially when it really does seem like the channel is ultimately doomed. The Patreon itself also isn't doing very well. Whether or not it's because I don't do a good enough job of advertising it or because viewers simply aren't interested, I don't know. I also tried Channel Memberships as well, but that failed miserably so I cancelled them after about two weeks. Anyway, TLDR; the channel is really not doing well and I'm not sure what's going to happen. Sorry to be a whiny bitch, but I wanted to be honest with you all.
