Hello everyone! I just wanted to drop in and let you know that the video for Day 3 is officially published!
As you know from the schedule, today means we are stepping things up to two shakes. I was honestly a little nervous about how my clothes would handle the extra volume, and I can confirm they are practically bursting right now! My belly is feeling incredibly heavy, stuffed, and fatter by the minute.
