Casual Friday "book club" update (Atmosphere spoilers)

I finished Atmosphere last night and the ending 1000% made me cry. When I was reading it I so wished that it could have had a couple chapters scattered from the perspective of the other women specifically

Lydia: I believe so fervently that it would have been so powerful to actually get into her mind and hear how she felt instead of how others interpreted how she felt. I personally believe Joan to be a pretty poor judge of character based on her belief that there are "no cowboys at NASA" but the person she was supposed to know the most about was 100% a cowboy. Having just one chapter of her would have done wonders .

Donna: How she felt that she couldn't love her baby as much as partner could was HEARTTBRREAKING and a chapter of her's would break me in the best way.

Barbara: There is more to her, there is a reason for why she abandoned her daughter and I need it.
