Third time's the charm...With a bit of luck, the final release candidate.
I'm really sorry that I kept you waiting for so long, I got distracted by a lot of stuff going on IRL and neglected this project for a few weeks.
That said, I hope I'm back on track now, and here's the next and hopefully final RC of 1.41.0.

Fixed:- Custom output folder option was ignored- Legacy deduplication dropdown was shown when deduplication is set to DisabledImproved:- Resolution modulo is now determined via pixel color format instead of encoder. This means that H264 or ProRes are no longer forced to a resolution that's divisible by 2 if 4:4:4 sampling is used- [NCNN-VS] Video index files are now cached, which means interpolation starts much quicker now if you process a video more than once- Deduplication filter has an additional preset ("Low") and is more refined
