Hello everyone!! Hope your 2026 has been off to a great start. What better way to ring in the new year than to obsess over everything we did in the year prior?
This is a review of everything I did related to MTS in 2025 - every long-form video, the short-form vids, Patreon and Nebula, the whole nine yards. Since this is a meaty boy of a video, I've got timestamps for each section below. Feel free to jump to whatever sections you're most interested in.
In addition, I have three follow-up questions for you based on the results of the surveys I ran last week. (Which btw, thank you to everyone who sent in feedback, it was all incredibly appreciated!)
FEWER EXCLUSIVE VIDEOS?
A constant theme I saw from the paid member survey was that the exclusive videos were appreciated, but folks could do with fewer of them.
Would you be happy with fewer exclusive videos on the Patreon (let's say 1-2 a month instead of 1 a week)?
MORE CASUAL SURVEYS?
If I do end up reducing the pace of exclusive videos, I'd still like to keep up with posting polls for both paid and free members. I think it's fun to get your takes on all things music.
Would you be cool with polls for both paid and free members still happening, even if they don't lead to videos about the topic?
(I also saw free members requesting polls for future main channel videos - I'm going to try that in my next update post later this week.)
