THE DDDD IS BACK!!!!
After a long hibernation (can polls even hibernate?), I'm officially bringing back the Deep Discog Dive Decision. Further down is a poll that will determine who I cover for the next DDD.
The list is based off the 22 most-selected artists from the last time I ran this poll, plus the 3 artists I covered in 2019 that need a redo. (25 is the max number of options I can offer thru Patreon's native poll.) As always, if an artist you wanna see covered isn't on here, let me know in the comments.
This poll is multiple choice (you can select as many artists you want to see covered), and it will end at 12am EST on 2/3/26.
In tandem, this will be the first DDD that I make through the community-focused approach I laid out earlier this month. In case you didn't see:
Once the poll results have been tallied, I will reveal the artist for the next DDD before I start research. This will likely be later next week.
From then on, I will be posting regular updates as I do research for the DDD. I'll share anecdotes from what I've been reading or watching, albums and songs I've been listening to, etc.
This is the first test run for this process, so if you have any feedback about it as we proceed, let me know.
