Hey hey hey! Fresh out of the oven (not even a metaphor this time, I made this video in an oven) is my latest main channel video. This time it's all about Vocaloid, Hatsune Miku, my take on them as a total newbie, and the looming AI connection.

It's a really fascinating genre! Looking into it made me realize how much in common it shares with American pop music at its core. I was also struck by how AI has been coming for it for a good bit - a lot of videos I watched for research mentioned how folks have been conflating them.

I hope this video provides an interesting perspective as someone who's still fresh to the space. And as always, this video is out now on here and Nebula, and it'll be on YT tomorrow. Enjoy!
