Happy Friday! I hope it's a lovely day wherever you are. It's a beautiful day here, and with the weather getting warm, I'm finally starting to bust out the 20-something plain black T-shirts I own.
It's been a bit since I updated you all on what videos are coming up AND got your takes on what you wanna see next. So let's do it again!

FOR-SURE DEFINITELY-HAPPENING VIDEOS
Last week, I asked y'all for what "the worst album cover ever" would be. You sent in some excellently rough responses, and that video will be out next week.
After that, I've got another installment in the Most Expensive Things in Music series in the works. The most expensive concert tickets ever! Determining that list has been pretty tricky - face value ticket prices these days are not only super variable, but they're rarely available after the event. But I've been able to find enough tickets in enough places to make a video.
And following that, I'll make that music merch video I've been mentioning in these posts for ages. It'll be a rundown of the strangest merch items ever made by musicians.
Also, the next DDD! More about this in a moment, but it's definitely happening and I'll be gearing up for start work on it very soon.

2000s One Hit Wonders: My recent vid on the OHWs of the 2010s was a total blast to make, and it seems like folks really enjoyed it as well. So I wanna do a sequel! Or I guess a prequel?
Music Biopics: Seeing Michael recently (and talking about it in a recent video that's available to paid Patreon members and Nebula subscribers) has got me thinking about music biopics at large. The exact concept of the video is still up in the air - right now I'm wondering if an outright ranking of every single one would be best, but turns out there're a LOT of them. So maybe a top 10 list? Maybe a wish list of who should get one? Still thinking on this one, let me know if there's a specific angle you'd wanna see.
The Art of The Fade-Out: This one was suggested by a comment on a recent video, and tbh it's been on my mind ever since. I imagine this one would be a combo of the history of the fade out at the ends of songs, why it's faded (EYYYYY) as a technique in recent years, good/bad examples of it. On one hand, maybe that's too odd of a concept? But also, it's a combo of niche, random and interesting that appeals to me. Kinda like when Scott The Woz does videos on DS accessories or loading screens.
Early Musician Websites: Recently I was reminded of Bowie's BowieNet and Prince's NPG Music Club, and that took me on a rabbit hole of websites for bands/artists from the 90s and 2000s. For example, below is Taylor Swift's very first website. I think a look back on the wildest and silliest websites would be fun!
Justin Bieber: His Coachella performance had me thinking about him and his place in pop music over the past decade. I suppose it'll be a retrospective on his career and thoughts on whether we've historically been too hard on him - which would make it sound like a DDD, but I'd prefer to do something more like that defense of Jacob Collier from a while back. My big concern here is... am I too late? Coachella's over, folks aren't talking about him as much. But perhappenchance he's evergreen!
Ticketmaster Monopoly: You may have seen, but Ticketmaster/Live Nation was actually for real declared a monopoly in court! I was considering a video about the case and what'll happen now, but like Bieber, I wonder if maybe I missed the boat on it.
Every Type of Song in X Minutes - this was an idea I mentioned in the last update post, and interest in it was okay? I also don't see these kinds of videos popping up much these days, so perhaps this trend has passed? If they're still around, let me know.
