How do you deal with jealousy? I am a very jealous and insecure person and I struggle with differentiating if voicing my needs/wants to the other person or dealing with it on my own is the best way to deal with it. I do think trying to avoid certain feelings is a super normal desire for control but eventually impossible. So it's important how we deal with the feelings that are there instead of wishing or arguing they shouldn't be. Be kind to yourselves. ❤️
