DESCRIPTION
Tempest is a quiet and kind frosmoth. Sweet as candy, she is always going out of her way to help others in need of rescue within the snowy mountains from being lost, or caught in an avalanche. She drives Dongmei crazy with her utterly sunny disposition, but finds the mountain lonesome without Tempest's presence. (Not that there isnt anyone else living on the mountain, but other ice pokemon steer clear or feign politeness out of fear of Dongmei.)
Once a month or so, Tempest will travel down the mountain to the beach town to enjoy frozen treats like ice cream and snow cones, every flap of her icey wings brings a little snow following wherever she goes. She is cousins with the more coastal-dwelling Konnie, the snom.
