Within the last few days, Rebirth modders have created new tools that allow for model injection into Rebirth! I have been studying these modding tools and I'm at a point where I'm somewhat comfortable with them and have begun the process of what I think will be my first Rebirth mod, Classic Original Tifa Outfit V4. Then next after that will be Tifa Nude Natural V9.
The new modding tools are a little complicated to set up, but once it is set up the process is much more streamlined for getting models from Blender into the game quickly. The new tools also allow for much more flexibility such as custom shaders and more materials slots being possible now!
I'm thinking I may release an early version of Classic Original Tifa Outfit to NexusMods just without her undershirt, stockings, and shorts (as seen in the image above), while I work on getting the rest of her OG outfit remastered for Rebirth. The above image also has some ambient occlusion shadows happening on the torso where they shouldn't be that I need to correct still.
