FAQ: Accessing Rewards
If you just joined and can’t see the reward channels, don’t worry, here’s how to fix it:
1. Disconnect & Reconnect Patreon ↔ Discord
Go to Patreon → Settings → Apps
Disconnect Discord
Reconnect it again (make sure it’s the same Discord account you’re using here!)
2. Wait a few minutes
Roles can take 5-10 minutes to update.
If you pledged recently, wait up to 1 hour before retrying.
3. Still not working?
Send me a DM with a screenshot of your active Patreon pledge so I can double-check manually.
Once connected, your role will update automatically every time you pledge or change tiers.
