Changes:
Removed more unnecessary materials, shaders, and assets and fixed a couple of code warnings.
Removed ghost particles from toys (for now). They will come back later. The ghost effect for internal view is still active!
Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug that disabled toy guiding.
Fixed an error caused by jiggling buttholes.
Fixed a critical issue that disabled fluids. (Fluids in the gallery work again, yay!)
Fixed a critical bug that prevented toys from being used on orifices. (Toys can now also be used while fluids are active, yay!)
