[Release] Velina Evaluating Belle's Skills

Here it is, the Velina animation, I like it quite a lot. Figured Belle should be the bottom from time to time. @umiko_sssd does Belle's voice and SwitchyVal is the spoken bits for Velina.

Also here's a quick early teaser for the game project, the proof of concept is scheduled for the end of summer but I really want to get it right and it's quite big so I might miss the deadline.

When it comes to future animations, Makima POV is most likely next and then after either a Sigrid + Belle animation or the Jinx x Astolfo beach animation. Not sure yet.
